The controls for the lights are far from the bed, and there are no lights near the bed to enable people to read. They need to install reading lights and light control switches near the bed in the bedrooms. All else was excellent.

the place was pleasant and had outstandingly accommodating staff at all times, appreciated the stay. the room was tidy and spotless with view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. a safe box, a minibar, and an iron worked well.

I enjoyed the beautiful wood carvings and serene atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff's really good friendliness. The air conditioning was noisy and the gym could use some maintenance. It's a great place for a calm retreat in a bustling area.

It was in a very central location, to the Angkor temples. The breakfast was exceptional and satisfactory, we were provided with an egg station.

Location and staff at that superior hotel were outstanding! We got room with bidets. We loved to chill in the nearby the red piano. Excellent place for a 3-night stay.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, supporting. Good location for walking distance to area. Older hotel but well maintained.
For the town, the price might be a bit higher than it should be. It is an older hotel and a price comparison should be made to bring into line with others in the area.

The room was very dark and selled of sewage. No fan .. Very poor ventilation. Should have asked for another room but the hotel was very crowded. Location was good and the staff were nice. Just dark and smelly and hot!
